(KI-TV News)- The Central Bank of Liberia has stated that Madam Pearson did not hold the position of Officer in Charge (OIC) in 2019.
However, the bank acknowledged the payments and attributed them to the challenges the bank was experiencing before the intervention of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
This clarification follows the recent publication of an article by a local newspaper, Frontpage Africa News Paper, which claimed that the deputy governor was in charge.
